Tulsa Oklahoma

We made it to Tulsa. On parts of the highway the speed limit was 80 mph. We got to the area where the Bob Dylan Center is. We ate at a vegetarian cafe that had great food. The area is new buildings and restored warehouses. The roads and walks are spacious. The Dylan Center was fascinating  with a focus on his memorabilia. Cloths, album covers, photographs, home movies, notebooks, art work were displayed with insightful interpretation of his work and life. It was a real pleasure to see.  A painting that Dylan created  when he first started paints hung in his Woodstock home. We also visited the area  a few blocks away where there was a massacre in the black community in 1921 which wipeout the neighborhood and killed many in the black community.  A few bricks were saved and used to rebuild a storefront  in 1922.Things are different now. You can feel the change.
