I plan to paint a series of watercolors while I am in Paris, France from January 3 to February 28th. On a recent trip to the Drawing Center in NYC, I stumbled across this Barnett Newman ink drawing. It is the same scale (14x10”) I plan to use for my work in France. This intersection of ideas and experiences is what I am looking forward to during my travels.
