I spent the day in the Atelier. I am still getting acquainted with French ways. I learned how to SMS which is texting in America. I could not attach a picture in my text but was successful in sending my message. Tomorrow, I will ride the RER for a studio visit. I worked 7 hours today and finished 3 pieces using ink, gouache and watercolor. I am using very cheap paper. I will use these rough sketches for more refined pieces. I have three grades of paper which I call cheap, medium, and refined. I think I have a process in place after today’s session. I will move up to using my medium grade paper on Wednesday.
