Meeting the Residents

 After working in the studio, I went to an introduction of all the new residents. It seemed like there were approximately thirty in attendance. I meet artists from Sweden, Iran, Palestine and Germany. The open studio later in the evening featured painting, conceptual art and photograph. During the introductions, the staff said they are the biggest international residency and have hosts artists as young as 25 and as old as 92.
